Elfie Woolsey married (1) Harry G. Ford 1 January 1913 or 1916. She divorce him and married (2) John Henry Allen on 12 March 1918.

Effie Woolsey Allen, 80 of 1725 Childs died Friday evening at her home of natural causes. She was born Dec 19, 1890 in Kaysville, to William Andrew Woolsey & Elizabeth Drake Woolsey; She was married to John Henry Allen in March of 1917 in Ogden. He died Feb 14 a943. She was a member of the LDS Church, an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and held offices in the local Rebekah Chapter. Surviving are two sons and two daughters Keneth E. Allen, Wallace E. Allen, Mrs Wallace (Della) Thompson and Mrs Gale (Doris) Monson. all of Ogden; 21 grandchildren & 25 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 A.M. in the Myers Mortuary Chapel with Bishop F. Delbert Thompson of the Ogden 3rd Ward Officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary Monday from 7 to 9 P.M and Tuesday prior to services. Place of burial will be announced by the Myers Mortuary.
