She probably died unmarried;

Source 3. 1840 Canadia, Ontario Census pg: 14; A Phebe Drake is listed, still living in an institution; No other data is listed. A Francis Drake is living in the instituation also & no other data is given for him; Perhaps this is Seths daughter Cloe whom he called of infirm health in 1823;
