Source 1. Obituary; Daughter of Mr & Mrs Oliver McCaslin. Mothers maiden name is unknown; Her obituary reads: A resident of the Hutton Hill area in Bentinck Township since 1965, Mrs Byron Burnham, 87, passed away Thursday in the Durham Hospital following a short illness. Born in
Bentinck Township, on Apirl 25 1880, she was former Margaret Clara
McCaslin, is a daughter of the late Mr & Mrs Oliver McCaslin. She lived in California for twenty years and in Utah and Moose Jaw Sask., before returning to Bentinck Twp in 1965. She was a member of Know United Church in Durham. Her husband predeceased her in 1935. Surviving are one brother, George, of Omaha Neb., and several nieces adn nephews in the Durham area. She was also predeceased by six brothers & one sister. Rev. R.F. Sherwin officiated at the funeral service conducted on Monday from the McTavish Funeral Chapel Mrs Wilfred Thompson presided at the organ. There were many floral offerings as well as in memoriams for Gideon Bibles and the Building fund of Know United Church. The flowers were carried by Ivan Grien, Alvin and Keneth Kaufman, Eward Foster, Milton Wright, George Miller, Farquhar Hipkins, and Allan, Joe and Leslie Trafford.Pallbearers were Henry Kaufman, Nathan Widmeyer, Clarence Trafford, William McCaslin, Merwil Bolstad & Charles Liehenberger. Interment was in Durham Cemetery. (We thought her name was Mary Clara, but
the obituary calls her Margaret Clara, so that is how I have listed her given name on my records.) Aunt Claras parents are buried in the Ogden Cemetery;
